BEFORE MAKING A DONATION PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

Donors who contribute at this level will co-sponsor the installation of a Planet Water AquaTower which provides up to 1,000 people per day with clean water.  Globally, 844 million people lack access to a safe basic drinking-water services, forcing them to walk miles to collect water each day[1].  This burden often falls onto women and girls.  Collectively, women & girls spend up to 200 million hours walking to collect water per day, which is valuable time lost that could be spent receiving an education or working[2].

 AquaTowers are installed at Elementary schools in vulnerable communities that lack access to safe water sources to ensure that students do not have to worry about accessing clean water while receiving their education.  In addition to receiving access to clean water, students receive important lessons about water and hygiene through interactive games facilitated by local staff and volunteers. Donors at this level will also have the opportunity to travel and volunteer on the installation of the AquaTower which they are sponsoring.
