Planet Water Foundation’s disaster response platform exists to deliver immediate, life-saving access to clean water in the aftermath of natural disasters. Our team rapidly deploys high-capacity water filtration systems to communities whose water sources have been contaminated or destroyed by events such as typhoons, floods, and earthquakes.

The Philippines is a key focus of our emergency response efforts, as the country is among the most disaster-prone in the world. In 2025 we responded to events including the Cebu Earthquake, Typhoon Kalmaegi, Typhoon Bualoi, and Typhoon Co-May - providing tens of thousands of people with safe water when they needed it most.
