Water Bucket WOD

F3Nation and GoRuck are sponsoring this event to help those who do not have access to water by having their Workout of The Day focus around simulating a day in the life. The workout is for all fitness levels and will utilizing water buckets as props.

All proceeds will be matched by Xylem and go to Waterboys and Water4Her, programs of The Chris Long Foundation, focused on providing clean water to those in need.
