Support for Flood victims in Germany

Severe floodings are affecting regions in Western Germany since this week due to heavy rain over the past weeks.

At this very moment the officials already stated that sadly at least 80 people lost their lives in the floods and still around 1300 people are missing, as many households can't be contacted right now. Some villages have been evacuated as a dam is at the risk of breaking and flooding the area.

Xylem is already in touch with organizations like the THW and the armed forces of Germany to support with equipment wherever it may be needed. At the moment what is mostly needed is financial support for the organizations that are helping in the area and that are creating funds for the victims of this disaster. 

Please help to support "Deutschland Hilft", a network of most of the well-known aid organizations in Germany, to support both the victims and the helping organizations while they support the region.
